Linda Iannacone Obituary

Linda Denise Iannacone, 61, of Kunkletown, passed away on Sunday, December 1, in St. Luke's Hospital Monroe Campus. Born in Philadelphia, she was the loving daughter of Ernest Durst and the late Miriam Christine (Kaess) Durst. Linda worked as a cashier and in customer service at Weis Markets in Brodheadsville for over ten years. Weis Markets will never be the same without her. Linda was a giving person who loved to cheer people up, especially her customers. She was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Foo Fighters fan. Most of all, she was a loving and caring daughter, mother, sister, aunt, sister-in-law, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all her friends and family. Linda is survived by two sons, Mark Iannacone and his wife Angela of Langhorne, PA, and Nicholas Iannacone of New York City; two brothers, Robert Durst and his wife Heidi of GA, Gary Durst of Kunkletown; sister-in-laws, Stephanie Durst of Albrightsville, Kerry Durst of MD; nieces and nephews, Joanna Lynn Durst of Tatamy, Alexa Leigh Durst of Kunkletown, Emily Logan Durst of Kunkletown, Maggie Durst of MD, Charlie Durst of MD, and Andrew Durst of GA. In addition to her mother, she was predeceased her by brothers, Richard and Kenneth Durst. A viewing will be held on Thursday, December 5, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209, Brodheadsville. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM with Rev. Jason Vanderburg officiating. Cremation will follow in the H. G.
