Linda E. Werner, 77, of Upper Mt. Bethel Twp., passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on Friday, July 11, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospital - Anderson Campus. She was the beloved wife of Kenneth Werner to whom she was married to for 59 years. Born in Easton, Linda was a daughter of the late Richard and Grace Flyte (Heimer).
Linda was a dedicated sewing machine operator at various blouse mills. However, her true passion lay in being surrounded by her family, especially her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Linda cherished every moment spent with them, creating lasting memories that will be held dear by all who were fortunate enough to know her. Linda had a true passion for flower gardening, Her vibrant flower beds were the pride of the neighborhood and admired by all who passed by.
She loved immersing herself in the heartwarming stories offered by Hallmark and Lifetime channels, often finding joy in their uplifting narratives. She was an avid explorer of flea markets, seeking out treasures, and she held a special fondness for the beach, particularly Seaside Heights, where she created many treasured memories.
In addition to her husband, Kenneth, she will be dearly missed by her children: Teresa Bearn (Alex) of Bangor, Kenneth Werner, II, of Bangor and Lorrie Sanders, of Wappapello, MO; grandchildren: Jessica, Owen, Jocelyn, Raegan, Shelaina, Darrell, Levi; great-grandchildren: Carter, Arianna, Lydia and Camila; siblings: Ruthann Bender of Nazareth, Larry Flyte (Sarah) of Bethlehem Twp. and Joanne Hawk (Keith Rau) of Moore Twp. Linda was predeceased by a daughter: Tina Moyer; grandson: Kevin; son-in- law: Darell and a brother: Franklin Flyte.
