Margaret Claire Elmer

Margaret Claire (Biederman) Elmer, 67, of Hamburg, PA; formerly of Telford and East Greenville, PA went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 16, 2025 at Genesis Health Care - Laurel Center. Claire was the loving wife of the late Philip Scott Elmer for 11 years. She was born in Kensington, PA to the late William Biederman, Jr. and the late Margaret (Roocke) Biederman. Claire graduated from Souderton Area High School, class of 1976. Throughout her working lifetime, she held various jobs as a factory worker, as a clerical worker, in the domestic/housecleaning industry, as an antiques dealer, and as a visiting home care professional. Claire attended Penn Valley Church in Telford and Calvary Church of Souderton. She enjoyed cooking, biking, traveling around the east coast, flower gardening, doll and antique collecting. She loved animals, especially her dogs and cats. Claire was a loving and generous woman who was very kind hearted. She is survived by several cousins and friends. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 11:00 am at Union Cemetery of Hellertown, 85 Main Street, Hellertown, PA 18055. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
