Michelle Matos

Michelle Matos, 51 Formally of the Bronx, New York, she was the daughter of Felix Collado and the late Irma (Rivas) Collado. She was the spouse of Eric G. Jackman with whom she shared 15 years together. Michelle was a clerical associate at CNS for many years prior to her illness. She was a faithful member of Kingdom Life Family Center in Orfield, PA. She was a volunteer in their food bank and their Saturday outreach. She would always answer the call of duty. She was affectionately known by "Mitchy". She was a kind, generous, loving, compassionate person who will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of her acquaintance. Michelle loved the Lord! Throughout her battle with cancer she never lost faith in him. She was a warrior who maintained her dignity with a smile, faith and grace! In addition, Mitchy was an avid traveler. She loved spending quality time with her children, grandchildren, and family. If she was not traveling, she was on her phone reading verses and singing hymns. Michelle will be lovingly remembered by her father Felix and wife Nancy, her spouse, Eric, her children; son Melido "Macho" and Zayris, daughter Amanda and Franciso, son Brandon and Ally and son Daniel and Kiara, bonus daughter Wandie, grandchildren; Adahlee, Angeline, Elijah, Zaiden, Arie, Arlo and soon to be born twins Aurora and Nathan; bonus granddaughters Siana and Jazell; sister Roseann and step sister Kristin; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends and her fur baby Clyde. She was predeceased by her BFF Annette Norftil. There will a celebration of life memorial service on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 4-6 pm at Kingdom Life Family Center, 4333 Lime Kiln Road, Orefield, PA. 18069. Service officiated by Pastor Tony Adamo. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her memory may be made directly to the church with her name in the memo section.
