Sandra was born in Tremont, PA on June 11, 1938, a daughter of tje lste Valeria (Hoy) and John H. Scheibley.. She was employed as a CRNA (Anesthetist) at Lancaster General Hospital Lancaster, PA., Sandra is also survived by a daughter, Stepbanie Davis of Parkton, MD. and a grandson Isaac W. Davis, of Hanover, PA. Services will be private. Arrangements entrusted to John P. Feeney Funeral Home, Inc. 625 N. 4th Street at Centre Ave., Reading, PA 19601, 610-372-4160.
