Sandra was born in Tremont, PA on June 11, 1938, a daughter of tje lste Valeria (Hoy) and John H. Scheibley.. She was employed as a CRNA (Anesthetist) at Lancaster General Hospital Lancaster, PA., Sandra is also survived by a daughter, Stepbanie Davis of Parkton, MD. and a grandson Isaac W.
