Santa Lopez-Soto Obituary

Santa Teresa Lopez Soto (Navarro), 72, of Binghampton NY, passed away suddenly on September 21, 2025 at United Health Services Hospital, Johnson City, NY. Born in Lares, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Petra Antonia Soto and the late Victor Lopez Alberti. She worked as a home health aide for many years, but her main joy was raising her family and caring for them. She was a devout Pentecostal Christian and enjoyed reading her bible. Survivors: She is survived by her children, son, Jesus Medina; daughter, Mayra Medina Lopez, brothers and sisters, Ramon Lopez, Carmen Lopez, Judith Lopez, George Lopez, Rene Lopez, Hector Lopez, Jaime Osvaldo Lopez, Ed Manuel Lopez, Jose Soto; many grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved very much and were the light of her life. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by a son, Raymond Madina. Services: A viewing will be held on Friday morning, September 26th from 9:00 to 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM all at the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center St., Bethlehem PA. Burial will be in Nisky Hill Cemetery, Bethlehem.
