Sara J. Mindler

Sara J. Mindler, 72, formerly of Springtown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Saucon Valley Manor in Hellertown. Born in Bethlehem on January 13, 1953, she was the daughter of the late James H. and Kathryn A. (Strock) Mindler. Sara was a 1970 graduate of Palisades High School, followed by 2 years at ESSU, and 2 years at the Art Institute of Pittsburg, gaining her BS in Interior Design. Sara dedicated many years of her career to retail sales at the Happy Viking in Hatfield and various other retail positions. She was a devoted member of Salem United Methodist Church in Springtown and an active participant in the Springfield Township Flower Club. Sara found great joy in artistic expression through drawing and painting, tending to her garden, enjoying nature walks, and spending time with her beloved pets. She is lovingly survived by her brother, Daniel J. Mindler and his wife Valerie of Northampton; and her nieces, Robin Jendeski, Emily Papathanasiou, Rachel Herb, Brooke Frankenfield and Andrea Humanick, along with their families. She was predeceased by her siblings, Amy Frankenfield and William Mindler. Service details will be announced at a later date.
