Shirley Kaetzel Obituary

Shirley Kaetzel, 96, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania died Friday, October 3, 2025, at her home. She was the widow of the late Clark Kaetzel. Born in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Edith Decker. Shirley was a life-long resident of Monroe County. She is survived by her children: Douglas Lockard and his wife Sandy, Gary Lockard and his wife Barbara and Dale Lockard and his wife Diane and Mariellen Porter and her husband Gregg, and many grand, great grand and great great grandchildren. Shirley was preceded in death by her siblings: Marshall Decker, Carl Decker and George Decker. Graveside services and burial will take place on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Keokee Chapel Cemetery, Keokee Chapel Ln, Paradise Valley, PA 18326. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc., 23 N 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
