Susan J. "Davis" Horvath

Susan J. (Davis) Horvath, 76, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully at home on August 31, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on January 25, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Irene (Richards) Davis and the wife of the late Robert Horvath. A 1967 graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School, Susan worked for many years as a legal secretary before retiring as a county clerk for Northampton County. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Bethlehem. Above all, Susan cherished her family. She enjoyed camping trips with her husband, cheering at her grandchildren's sporting events, and spending time with loved ones. She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Smith and husband Derek, and Amy Kelly and husband Joseph; her grandchildren, Cody, Jordan, Abigail, Beatrice, and Elin; and her brother, James Davis and wife Nancy. She was preceded in death by her sister, Judy Smale. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 A.M. on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Rd, Bethlehem, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10 A.M. until the time of Mass.
