Thomas Fleming Obituary

Thomas J. Fleming passed away on March 31, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. He is survived by his children's mother, Joy Fleming; his daughters, Bridgette Foss (Brian) and Sarah Fleming; his beautiful granddaughter, Molly Mae Foss; his parents, Joseph and Nancy Fleming; and his siblings, Kellie Fleming (Joe Moule), Michael Fleming, and Jack Fleming (Lauren). Thomas was a member of St. Martha's Parish and a graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School, Class of 1990. He was a union painter with District 21 for many years before starting his own business. He loved his daughters and family vacations to the shore in the summer. He could always be found rooting for all of the Philadelphia sports teams, especially the Phillies. Tom had an uncanny ability to relate every conversation back to a Seinfeld episode and was always armed with a bad dad joke. May he rest peacefully on the other side with his faithful German Shepherd, Rocky. Family and friends are invited to Thomas's Life Celebration on Thursday, April 3, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Martha's Church, 11301 Academy Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154. A funeral mass will follow at 10:30 AM. Interment services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Thomas's name to the FOP Survivor's Fund.
