Thomas A. Kuntz

Thomas A. Kuntz, 88, of Allentown and formerly of Slatington, passed away peacefully on Thursday October 16, 2025. He was the loving husband of the late Miriam A. (Kessler) Kuntz who passed away in June. Thomas was the son of the late Gordon T. and Dorothy (Kulp) Kuntz. Tom was the devoted owner and operator of the family business, Kuntz Wholesale Candy and Tobacco of Slatington for many years. Tom was a longtime member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Slatington. Survivors: Brothers David, husband of Elizabeth Kuntz, of Lancaster and Jeff, husband of Lorraine Kuntz, of Winchester VA and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service for both Thomas and Miriam will be held on Sat. November 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. John's Lutheran Church, 40 2nd street Slatington, PA 18080. Calling hour will begin at 10:00 AM in the church. Memorial donations in Thomas's memory may be considered to St. John's Lutheran Church, 40 2nd St. Slatington, PA 18080.
