Virginia Rosencranz Obituary

Virginia "Ginny" Rosencranz, 67, of Quakertown, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2025 after an extensive battle with Frontotemporal Dementia. Ginny was born on October 1, 1957 to Edward and Grace (Malloy) Carr in Allentown. After graduating from Central Catholic High School in 1975, she attended Central Pennsylvania Business College and built a successful career as a travel agent. On May 31, 1980, she married the love of her life, Mark. Together, they had four children - Megan, Jenna, Jessica, and Eric. Together they built a life filled with travel, Jimmy Buffett concerts, Phillies games, and many hours at youth sports. Ginny was predeceased by her husband, Mark; her father, Edward Carr; her in-laws, Max and Tessie Rosencranz; and nephew, William Lindsay. Ginny is survived by her children: Megan Campbell and husband, David, of Connecticut; Jenna Hahn and husband, Tyler, of Easton; Jessica Napolitano and husband, Jim, of Nazareth; and Eric Rosencranz and girlfriend, Aimee, of Quakertown. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren - Sadie, Max, Paige, Brandt, Eli, Nolan, Marco, and Hudson. Additionally, she is survived by her mother, Grace Carr, and siblings Janet, Grace, Eileen, and Rick. She is loved and missed by many brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews, and many, many friends. Services will be held at the Cathedral Church of Saint Catharine of Siena, 200 North 18th Street, Allentown, on Monday, September 15, 2025. Visitation will begin at 9:30am and Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Alzheimer's Association - Delaware Valley Chapter in honor of Ginny.
