To Brian's' children, Bryan especially, I only learned of Billy's passing today and was saddened to hear this. He was a good friend to my late husband and our son Brian as well as my grandchildren. He will be missed as a truly helpful person when someone needed help. Maybe he will start his own club with all those that passed before him from the QC.
