Alina Radecki

Alina Radecki, 87 of Farmington, beloved wife of the late Joseph B. Radecki, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at the UCONN Health Center. Born in Poland, daughter of the late Romuald and Janina (Szyjewski) Fijolek, she was a member of Holy Cross Church and Holy Cross Rosary Society. Alina worked at Emhart/Corbin Russwin for 27.5 years. A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, she is survived by her daughter Krystyna Nowak and her husband Darek of Farmington; her grandchildren: Casey Nowak and his partner Lyanne, Carolyn Nowak and her fiancé Dale, Cathleen Nowak and her husband Matt; her great grandchild, Leia and two on the way; her sister, Eva Velasqez of Bristol and her family and cousins and extended family members in the US and Poland. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am at Duksa Family Funeral Homes at Burritt Hill, 332 Burritt St., New Britain. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 am at Holy Cross Church in New Britain. She will be laid to rest beside her husband Joseph in Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Britain.
