Beth-Lyn LaFleur Obituary

Beth-Lyn (Romanewicz) LaFleur, 53, of East Hartford beloved wife to Jeffrey LaFleur, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. Beth-Lyn was born to the late Stanislaw and Elizabeth (Sweet) Romanewicz on October 4, 1971 in New London, CT. Beth-Lyn was raised in Manchester and attended Manchester schools, graduating from Manchester High School. She received her associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Manchester Community College. She was a woman of many loves and interests such as being an avid softball player, tending to her garden, photography, visiting her happy place, the outer Banks, or being there for her family, including being involved in her son's youth hockey team. Above all, Beth-Lyn loved her family, including her dogs, and would do anything for them. Aside from her husband Jeffrey, Beth-Lyn leaves her two sons, Courtland LaFleur and Tanner LaFleur. She also leaves her siblings Kevin and Cathy, her mother-in-law Susan, her brother-in-law Richard, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Teddy. In accordance with Beth-Lyn's wishes, services will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the Joe Andruzzi Foundation in memory of Beth-Lyn to assist New England cancer patients and their families with much needed financial support.
