Brian Dirisi Obituary
Brian A. Dirisi, 55, of Wallingford, CT, left us too soon on September 13th, 2025. Brian's passing has left a hole in the hearts of all who knew him, but his memory will forever light the way for those who were fortunate enough to share in his remarkable journey.
Brian was a man who lived life ferociously - with passion, purpose, and a constant joy that was infectious to everyone around him. He had an unparalleled zest for living, and his boundless energy and enthusiasm made every moment feel like an adventure. Whether he was working hard, spending time with his family, or just enjoying the great outdoors, Brian approached everything he did with his whole heart. He was a true example of boundless love, consistently leading with forgiveness and acceptance.
As a husband, Brian's devotion was unwavering. He brought passion and energy to every moment with Amy. Their journey together was filled with adventure, laughter, and a profound connection.
To his children, Brian and Ginger, Brian was an unwavering presence always supporting, always loving, always there. He was the proudest dad, and his children were the center of his world.
Brian found joy in the simple things: a good surf, the thrill of snowboarding, and a day out in the sun. His passion for life was matched only by his ability to connect with people. No one was ever a stranger to Brian. He had the rare gift of making others feel seen, heard, and valued, no matter where he was. His smile was broad, warm, and genuine. It could light up any room, and his ability to make lasting connections was unmatched.
Brian was a dedicated professional who excelled in everything he did. He began his career as a plumber, but his entrepreneurial spirit led him to own and grow his own vending business. His success didn't come by accident. He worked tirelessly to build a legacy for his family and was a regional salesman for CT Basement Systems. His knowledge, work ethic, and integrity were the foundation of his success.
Brian leaves behind his loving father, Dana Wuterich, and stepmother, Charlotte Wuterich, of Meriden, and his beloved sisters, Karen Seide (Gregg) and Jennifer Salm (John), all of Florida. He was an adoring uncle to Abbie Sullivan, Amanda Seide, Julia Salm, and Tucker Salm, and a proud great-uncle to Emma and Brody. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen Piscitelli, and stepfather, Lou Piscitelli. His extended family and countless friends will carry on his spirit, cherishing the memories of the man who touched their lives in ways words cannot fully express.
A celebration of Brian's life will be held at Riva in West Haven. Wallingford Funeral Home 809 N. Main St. Ext., Wallingford, has been entrusted with arrangements.
