Diane Sequist Obituary

Diane Sequist, 80, of Meriden, beloved wife of the late Walter E. Sequist, died October 12, 2025 at Apple Rehab Cocomo in Meriden. Diane was born in Meriden on July 10, 1945, a daughter of the late Frederick and Theresa (Mesite) Angiletta. Diane loved to cook and clean, play games on her laptop, loved her morning coffee and the newspaper and doing the word jumble. She loved family gatherings and was a loving caring person. She loved to play cards, pull weeds from the garden and watch the birds in the yard, especially the cardinals, but most of all she loved her family and friends. Diane is survived by two daughters, Marcia Ettorre and her husband, Fabrizio, of Plainville, and Jodi Lowery and her husband, Hays, of Meriden; her sister, Janice Sanger; her brother, Frederick "Rick" Angiletta; and her grandchildren, whom she adored, Lauren Parmelee, Natasha Schweiger, and Tomasso Ettorre. Diane's family will receive relatives and friends at the Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street, Ext., on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 4 pm until 6:30 pm. Interment will be Private.
