Dorothy H. Strzemieczny

Dorothy H. (Bocek) Strzemieczny, 94, entered into God's care on Monday, October 27, 2025. Daughter of the late Matthew and Rose (Mlynek) Bocek, beloved wife of the late Theodore Strzemieczny, she was born in Hartford in 1931. Dorothy worked in the Wethersfield Public School system for many years as a food service worker where she made many lasting friendships. Dorothy leaves her daughter Rose-Anne and her husband Richard Lawrence and her devoted daughter Diane Strzemieczny who was her caregiver for many years. Her grandchildren, Steven Lawrence and Gregory and his wife Linda Usher Lawrence, and her great-grandchildren Nash and Brooklyn Lawrence. She is predeceased by her husband Theodore and her son Steven. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
