mrs. cass opened her home to me and many others as a den mother for cub scouts. it was a lasting impression. i went to school with her son joe. i learned so much from her and i still have my toy puppet she helped me make.
may the peace that passes all understanding be with the family during this time of sorrow. rest in peace mrs. cass. well done, thou faithful servant. enter into the joy of the LORD.

Betty was like a second mother to me growing up. She was always so kind and thoughtful. When my mom passed she came to see me. She said she had to come in person because she couldn´t put all that my mother and family meant to her in a card, I will always treasure that visit. How amazing that she lived to see her 101st birthday! I will always remember the good times we had in the neighborhood and how lucky we all were to have known Betty. To all her family and friends-I am so sorry for your loss.
