James Posey Obituary
James was born in Georgetown, MS to Clarence and Doris Renfro Posey. He lived in Jackson, MS and worked at Sperry-Vickers before retiring to Raymond, MS. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and grilling a good steak. James proudly served in the United States Army during the 1960's. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
James is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Doris Renfro Posey, brother, Jerry Posey, and his sister, Barbara Posey Purvis.
James is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Posey of Crystal Springs, MS; his brother, Billy "Pug" Posey and his wife Debi; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
