Flora M. Garcia

Flora M. Garcia, 70, of Hartford, CT beloved wife of Eliezer Garcia passed away Friday, September 26, 2025 at St. Francis Hospital. Flora was born in Ponce, PR and was the daughter of the late Evangelio and Maria (Gotay) Rodriguez. Flora loved God and she loved singing. She loved going shopping with her daughter Debora, and loved cooking. She was a wonderful, beautiful person. Loving mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, friend. We will love her and she will live in our hearts forever. Besides her husband Eliezer, Flora is survived by her five sons Jose L. Lopez, David Garcia, Jesus A. Garcia, Moises Garcia and his wife Glorimar and Elia Garcia and his wife Luz, and her daughter Debora Garcia,and not to forget my niece/ daughter Maria Rivera. Her three brothers Dionisio Rodriguez, Jose A. Rodriguez and wife Rosa, Carlos J. Rodriguez and wife Jackie, her three sisters Elba L. Suarez, Margarita Rodriguez, Judith Pearl and husband Jordan, her ten grandchildren Jose L. Lopez, Jr., Luis G. Lopez, Gamaliel Rodriguez, Shelby L. Garcia, Jeremiah Garcia, Eric J. Garcia, Jesus A. Garcia, Jr., Viveca I. Garcia, Nicholas J. Garcia, Moises M. Garcia and her four great grandchildren Sofia D. Lopez, Sebastian N. Lopez, Mateo E. Conde, Marianna I. Conde. Funeral service for Flora will be held Tuesday, October 7, 2025 from 7pm to 9pm at Templo Fe, 1019 Broad St., Hartford, CT. Relatives and friends may also call at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield, CT on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 10am to 12pm. Burial will be in Mt.
