Frank Bailey Obituary

Frank W. "Skipper" Bailey, 65 of East Haven passed away peacefully on July 11, 2025 at CT Hospice. He was born October 10, 1959 in New Haven to Claude Sr. and Frances (Wetherbee) Bailey. Frank is survived by his son Frank Michael Bailey (Christina) of Northford, partner of 20 years, Tammy L. (Mahon) Wilkins of East Haven and two grandchildren, Alexandria Bailey and Kaden Bailey. Frank is also survived by his two sisters, Susan Bailey of Clinton and Claudia Carangelo (Butch) of East Haven along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and very close friends. Frank is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Claude "Buddy" Bailey Jr. Frank was a graduate of East Haven High School and owner of Frank W. Bailey & Son, a contractor company specializing in roofing. Family will receive friends on Friday July 18, 2025 from 10 AM until the time of service at 12 PM (NOON) in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven with burial to follow at East Lawn Cemetery.
