Geraldine Daddona

THOMASTON, CT Geraldine "Gerry" Daddona "Loving mother, grandmother & sister" Geraldine "Gerry" (Fennelly) Daddona, 78, of Thomaston and formerly of Waterbury, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at the Lutheran Home of Southbury surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles J. Daddona who predeceased her in 2018. Gerry was born in Waterbury, CT on October 25, 1946, a daughter of the late William and Dora (Brooks) Fennelly. She was a graduate of Crosby High School. Before her retirement, she worked for Frankie's Enterprises for over 30 years as their bookkeeper and office administrator. She cherished spending time with her dear friends in the Bingo Club, especially Carolyn Carey. Gerry leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Charles Daddona and his wife, Maura of Merrimack, NH, daughter, Adriane Guerin and her husband, Robert of Thomaston, CT, six grandchildren, Cara Ferrara (James), Jenna and Robert Guerin and Kailey, Hannah and Addison Daddona, brother, Raymond Fennelly and his wife, Carmeline of Port St. Lucie, FL, sisters, Virginia Saunders of Waterbury, CT, Kathleen Bly and her husband, Arden of Waterbury, CT, Roberta Richards and her husband, Joe of Port St. Lucie, FL and Irene Dick and her husband, Vincent of Morris, CT and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, William Fennelly. Arrangements: A calling hour for Gerry will be held on Monday morning, October 6, 2025 from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow the wake at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow the Mass at Calvary Cemetery.
