Helen Suppe "Baba Bacci" Singer, 78, beloved wife of Norman H. Singer, Sr. of New Haven passed away March 29, 2025 in Apple Rehab Laurel Woods. Loving stepmother of Denise Singer of Branford, Valerie (Joseph) Kelly of Madison and Norman H. (Antonia) Singer, Jr. of New Haven. Cherished grandmother of Ryan and Alyssa Kelly and Marigrace and Christopher Singer. Sister of the late Pasquale Suppe. Helen was born in New Haven on November 10, 1946 a daughter of the late Pasquale and Helen Chilinski Suppe. Prior to her retirement Helen worked for the St. Thomas Day School and also worked for Morgan Stanley for many years.Her funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte 80) East Haven Saturday morning at 9:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish at St. Vincent dePaul Church at 10:00. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Hamden. Friends may call FRIDAY from 4:00-7:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
