Janice McCullough

Janice M. McCullough, 85 of Wallingford passed away peacefully on Friday, September 19, 2025 in her home with her loving family by her side. She was born in New York, NY on August 20, 1940 to the late Charles and Nora (Lyons) LaMarche. She was the wife of the late Arthur T. McCullough. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother known for her witty New York sense of humor. "I've had a blessed life and have been super lucky and happy because of my 3 kids and my entire family." She worked in Real Estate for much of her life. A true lover of all animals particularly cats. She is survived by her children, Linda and Jack Lavelle of Wallingford, Stephen McCullough of Andover, MA, Craig and Liz McCullough of Torrington; her grandchildren, Christina McCullough and Jake Albrecht, Alexandria and Adam Lawton, Brittany and Taurean Daniel, Michael and Aly McCullough, Taylor McCullough, Patrick and Abby Reynolds, Meaghan and Zack Anderson; her great grandchildren, Teddy McCullough, Zoey Daniel, and Casey McCullough. She is also survived by her in-laws, Toby LaMarche-Deutchman, Joanie and Mike Currid, Maureen LaMarche; many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by her brothers, Charles LaMarche, William LaMarche, Robert LaMarche; her sisters, Barbara Heineman, Lorraine LaVigna; and her nieces, Diane Beaudry and Michelle Heineman Regan. Her family will receive relatives and friends at the Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext., on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Her funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will be followed by interment in St. John Cemetery, Wallingford.
