Jason Josue Roldan

Jason Josue Roldan, 18, of Meriden, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 3, 2025. Born in Meriden on May 11, 2007, he was the beloved son of Nelson and Joan (Oriol) Roldan. Jason was a student at Francis T. Maloney High School. He had a deep love for football, photography, and music. Known for his playful and goofy personality, "Jay" had a special gift for making those around him smile. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings: Analise Roldan, Daniel Roldan, Fernando Roldan, Jeanalyz Pabon, and Jovani Lebron. He also leaves behind his grandmothers, Carmen Badillo and Gloria Caban; his aunts, Janice, Vanessa, Maritza, Yesenia, and Wanda; his uncles, Anthony, Joel, Hector, Alberto, and Paco; as well as many cousins and extended family who loved him dearly. Jason was predeceased by his brother, Joshua Roldan; his grandfathers, Nelson Roldan and Hector Oriol; and his uncle, Edgardo Roldan. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, October 10th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main Street, Meriden, CT 06450. Burial will be private.
