Diane and girls I am so sorry to hear about Joe's passing. He was a good man that loved to give Dan a hard time, and Dan loved to give it right back to him. Dan passed in Feb, so maybe they are together somewhere kidding around. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love JoAnne D'Amore

Joe and his beautiful Wife Diane were wonderful neighbors to me for 20 yrs. I will always remember them on late afternoon walks through town. I remember him happily preparing his yard for the arrival of his grandchildren. Always vigorously doing something. I often stopped to talk with him while he was cleaning his truck, or working on his motorcycle. When I got my first motorcycle, I remember coming up the road, Joe stopped what he was doing to see who was in the wrong gear, big smile on his face, as I stopped in front of him, awkwardly putting both feet down , about 10 feet before I stopped. He said hey, what are you doing? You look like an eagle coming in for a landing. That was 2006. It still cracks me up. I learned how to clutch walk to a stop...Thank You Joe for the memories. Always missed, I´m so glad you and Diane had each other and family.
Prayers and love,
Laurie

So sorry to hear of joeys passing. I knew him for many years since he was a young boy. He was a great guy and loved his trucks. I had the pleasure of working with him in my later years when I returned to Palmer paving after retiring from my previous job. I can still see Joey early in the morning hood open and him standing on the motor polishing the cab. If you didn´t beat him to the wash bay you were in for a long wait. Rest in peace Joey.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. I may be a distant cousin, but your family holds in my memory quite dearly and I share in the full knowledge of the tragedy of his illness.

Joe was such a great co-worker. I loved getting him laughing when we shared Seinfeld bits together. I´ve known Joe since the first day I started working at Palmer Paving. And that was thirty years ago.
My sincere condolences to Diane and the entire family. May the Lord ease your suffering and bring you peace.
