I got to know Ms. Heckart when she adopted 2 kittens, one from MHS and one from myself. She was a wonderful person to open her home and heart to those little souls and loved them dearly. My condolences to her family. I will miss her stories about the kitties when she would come to see me. With a heavy heart, Katherine.

I went to Platt High with June and remember her being one of the nicest, sweetest girls in my class. She always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude. RIP June.
