Leroy Charles Obituary
Mr. Leroy Peter Charles Sr., son of Mrs. Pearl Florestine Charles, began his journey on March 3, 1950, in Laventille, Trinidad. In his early twenties, he embarked on a new chapter by migrating to America, where he built a life and career.
