Marina Paniagua-Kidd

Marina Paniagua-Kidd, 68, of Mesquite, Texas, passed away on August 4, 2025.
She was born on July 14, 1957, in Usulutan, El Salvador to Teresa Paniagua and Santiago Granados.
She was our joy, our love, our comfort, a light that warmed every room she entered. With a heart full of laughter and boundless compassion, she was truly the life of the party. Whether surrounded by friends, family, or complete strangers, she had a way of making everyone feel seen, welcomed, and loved. A gifted "child whisperer," she had an extraordinary connection with little one's gentle, patient, and endlessly kind. Her love for her children was fierce and unconditional, but it was her grandchildren who brought out an even deeper joy in her spirit. She loved them with everything she had and more.
To know her was to feel joy. She brought light and laughter everywhere she went, and her legacy will live on in the smiles, stories, and hearts of those lucky enough to have been loved by her. She will be missed more than words can express but her love will echo in our lives forever.
Marina was preceded in death by her parents and her late husband Margarito Diaz.
She is survived by her husband Bobby Kidd; children Claudia Paniagua, Lilia Hagan and husband Michael, Alexiss Diaz and spouse Dulce, and Paul Diaz and wife Willa; niece Diana Maya; and grandchildren Isaiah Sierra, Arilyn Hagan, Ethan Diaz, Jayce Hagan, and Evie Diaz.
