Marion Williams Obituary

Marion (LeFevre) Williams, 89, of East Windsor, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025, with her family by her side. She was born on June 24, 1936, in Springfield, MA, daughter of the late Emile and Mary (Sak) LeFevre. Marion was a graduate of Cathedral High School, Manchester Community College, and American International College. She also attended Western New England University School of Law. She is survived by her son, Patrick; her daughters, April Cadrain and her husband Mark, and Robin Towers; her sister, Alice Sears and her husband Stephen; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren, all of whom she dearly loved. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband of 30 years, Ned Williams, and her brother, Robert LeFevre. Marion's talents and passions were many. She taught piano at the Springfield Conservatory of Music during her senior year of high school and went on to work as a paralegal for numerous attorneys in Massachusetts and Connecticut throughout her career. She also briefly appeared as a weather girl on Channel 40 in Springfield, MA. An accomplished and award-winning artist, Marion had one of her paintings displayed at the Springfield Museum of Fine Art. In addition to her professional and artistic pursuits, she found joy in books, crosswords, cryptograms, sudoku, and playing Words With Friends. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1999, Memphis, TN 38101.
