Miguel Puente Obituary

Miguel Puente, Jr., 72, of Enfield, beloved husband of Pamela (Caldwell) Puente, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Parkway Pavilion. He was born on October 10, 1952, in the Panama Canal Zone, then a U.S. territory, son of the late Miguel Puente, Sr. and Epifania (DeLosSantos) Puente. One of eleven children, Miguel later moved with his family to California. Miguel honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. Following his years of service, he earned a degree in Accounting. He later met and married Pamela, and together they worked for many years at Disneyland in California, where Miguel also enjoyed taking part in the parades as a float driver. After relocating to Connecticut to be closer to his grandchildren, he pursued his passion for working with his hands as an automotive mechanic. In Connecticut Miguel enjoyed working on many theatrical projects, most notably as part of Waterford Drama at Waterford High School, and Ivoryton Playhouse. In addition to his devoted wife, Pamela, Miguel is survived by his son, Joshua; his cherished grandchildren, Brady and Dalyla; and eight siblings. A service with military honors will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025, at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam, MA.
