Moises Badillo Obituary

Moises Angel Badillo, Jr., age 45, of Meriden, Connecticut passed away September 30, 2025. Moises was born in Meriden on December 14, 1979, the son of Hilda E. Santiago, with whom he resided, and the late Moises Badillo. A resident of Meriden all his life, Jr. is also survived by his sister, Nichole Badillo of Meriden, aunts, Yvonne (husband Michael) Duncan, Edna (husband Noel) Vialíz, and Claribel Santiago; uncles, Camilo, Henry, and Alfredo Santiago; a host of Badillo family aunts, uncles, and cousins; his maternal grandmother, Carmen Montíjo; his best friend C.J. and his daughter Oaklynne, and several cousins. Jr. was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Camilo Santiago, Sr.; his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Badillo; his aunt, Angela Badillo; his uncle, Brian Gibbs; his cousin, Ramón Wilson; and his dog, Coco. Jr. was a collector of Comic Books, and he loved rap music, fishing, trips to Ocean Beach, watching college basketball, the World Wrestling Entertainment, and spending time with his cousins and family. Friends may visit with his family on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. for a Celebration of his Life at Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Avenue, Meriden, CT.
