Nancy Mizesko Obituary

Nancy Mizesko, of Hebron, CT passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. She was born on May 15, 1943, in Columbus, OH to her parents, the late Alfred and Ellen Baumann; was the youngest of their 10 children. After graduating high school, she attended Saint Elizabeth's School of Nursing in Dayton, OH. She dedicated herself to a 40-year life career as a Registered Nurse, marked by a commitment to caring for others; her compassion was unprecedented. She devoted her life to her family; always being there for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed going to all events they were involved in; she was always their biggest fan. She liked going to the beach, crafting, and taking day trips, especially to Vermont to see the foliage. Nancy will be sadly missed by extended family and friends; she will be always honored and remembered with love by her daughters, Kimberly Mizesko of Hebron, CT; Michelle Mizesko of Hebron, CT; and Dr. Melissa Mizesko and spouse Dr. Yu Fan of Corpus Christi, TX; her brother, Rick Baumann; her sister, Carol Perkins; her grandchildren, Jason, Skylar, Johnathan, Joshua, and Michael. Final care of Nancy has been entrusted to the Aurora McCarthy Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
