Nancy Ann Patnode

Nancy Ann Patnode, age 85, of Meriden, CT, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2025, at The Bradley Home after a brief illness. She was born on February 24, 1939, in Meriden, CT, to her loving parents, Mortimer and Vera Alice Stumpf (Karash). She had resided in both Meriden, CT, and Bristol, CT, throughout her life. Nancy was a devoted wife and mother, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. Nancy is survived by her two daughters, Regina Zaskey of West Springfield, MA, and Rhonda Larranaga and her husband Jay Larranaga of Bristol, CT; her son, Richard Medrzycowski of Satellite Beach, FL; six grandchildren, Christina Larranaga Gavarry, Thomas Larranaga, Stephen Zaskey, Michael Zaskey, Matthew Zaskey, and Mindy Medrzycowski; and five great-grandchildren. Nancy is also survived by five nieces and two nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Robert Medrzycowski (2003), and three brothers, William M. Stumpf, Richard E. Stumpf, and George J. Stumpf. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
