Patrick T Duffy

Patrick T. Duffy, 56, of Chicopee, passed away on August 17, 2025 at home. He was born on June 27, 1969 in Haverhill, MA and lived his life in Chicopee. Patrick was the son of Judith H. (Gavin) Duffy and the late Joseph W. Duffy. Patrick was the manager of Baystate Health systems' main warehouse facility located in Holyoke, MA for thirty-six years. He enjoyed scratching scratch tickets with his dad and playing Keno, using his children's birthdays on a daily basis. His mom regrets introducing Keno to him! Patrick's most special times were when he was able to go fishing, especially with his friends from work. They were all like family to him. He always missed his wonderful dog, "Sadie". Patrick has been a member and great supporter of the Moose Family Center in Chicopee since 2019. He especially enjoyed going on Friday nights, having dinner with family members and great friends. Patrick was a true gentleman, always willing to help. Hoping that his small acts of kindness would make a big difference in someone else's life. He was loved by many and will truly be missed. He is survived by his mother, brother, Michael J. and his wife, Renee of Minnesota, children, Sean Patrick of Enfield, Ct and Madison Shea of New York, a niece, Rebecca and nephews, Ryan and Silas. Patrick is predeceased by his father, who passed away on May 26, 2025 and his brother, Steven D. Duffy. Visitation is on Monday, August 25, 2025 at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 69 East St. in Chicopee from 9:30 to 11:00 am. A funeral home service will follow at 11:00 am.
