Pedro R. Feliciano

Pedro Pagan Feliciano, 68, of Hartford, CT passed away after serious illness on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Pedro was predeceased by his beloved mother, Sonia Feliciano and father Pedro Pagan, Sr. both formerly of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Pete, as he was affectionately known by family, friends and community, never stopped loving his native town of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Pedro enjoyed teaching his grandchildren to fish and going on fishing adventures with family and friends. He was an excellent dancer of Salsa and loved to frequent the Casinos in CT and wherever he visited. Pedro leaves behind the love of his life, Rosa Pagan along with his siblings Luis Pagan (FL); Julisa Pagan (NJ) and Christian Pagan (GA). Additionally, he is survived by his stepchildren Enid Rey (Freddie Valentin) of Hartford, CT; Carmen Jeannette Rey Gomez (Oscar Gomez) Cape Coral, FL; Ricardo E. Rey (Jasmine Carty-Rey) of Hartford, CT. Along with his dearest cousin Milagros Felician, many nephews, nieces and family in Puerto Rico, Pete leaves his fan club of grandchildren: Emmanuel Rey; Amielia Rey; Danilo Gomez; Adriel Gomez; Griselda Rojas; Amaury Valentin; Giovanni Valentin; Andres Valentin; Zuleyma Valentin and his two great grandchildren Alexander Silva and Ivonne Silva. The family also wishes to thank Angel Valle and Carmen Dolores Valle and her daughters for their love and care. Further, the family appreciates all the medical staff at University of Connecticut Hospital and Hartford Hospital. Family and friends will be received for calling hours and service Saturday, September 20, 2025 from NOON to 3:00PM at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield, CT.
