Ms. Rochelle L. "Shelly" Beamon

Ms. Rochelle L. Beamon, 58, affectionately known as "Shelly", of Waterbury, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025 at St. Mary's Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Mr. Douglas Webb. Rochelle was born July 29, 1967 in Waterbury, CT a daughter to the late Thomas and Ruth (Fitzgerald) Beamon. Shelly was educated in the Waterbury School System. She was a proud and loving mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. Shelly brought joy to all who knew and loved her. Shelly's vibrant personality shone through in everything she did. She was known for her love of dancing, her impeccable sense of fashion, and her passion for spending time with her children and grandchildren. Shelly was a fun-spirited woman who lived life to the fullest, always surrounded by the laughter and love of her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Shelly leaves behind six devoted children; Tieishia Beamon, Jamar Beamon, Dalana Beamon, Nicole Beamon, Cherelle Beamon, Tyson Beamon, 15 grand children; three great-grandsons; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased siblings Nadine Watlington, Danielle Beamon and Buddy Beamon. Her legacy of love, joy, and strength will live on through her family, who will forever remember her spirited nature and boundless love.
