Saunti "Bubba" Amos Reynolds was a whirlwind of joy, curiosity, and boundless energy, who left us all too soon on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. He was born on February 27, 2023, in Hartford, CT, to Asauni Reynolds and Shamyra Cooke. Saunti had a smile so wide, he filled the lives of those who knew him with joy before his untimely demise. He was a child of wonder, who had a spirit so bright, his laughter was his family's daily light. Saunti was a boy of passion, who was quick on his feet. In football he would be noticed for his quickness on the field. His energy was endless. He found his peace by the water, splashing around with the enthusiasm. His favorite flicks were "Tarzan" and "Curious George". At even a young age Saunti had protective instincts over his big sister, Alivia. He was her pint-sized guardian, her shadow, her unappointed but entirely self-assured bodyguard. He shared his dad's love for music, bobbing his head to the beats. He was surprisingly a chill kid, but approached the world with much curiosity. He will be deeply missed. Saunti leaves to cherish his memories he leaves his parents, Asauni Reynolds and Shamyra Cooke; sister, Alivia Owens; paternal and maternal grandfather, Errol Reynolds and Willie Cooke; paternal and maternal grandmothers, Angela Cooke and Angela Smith; paternal uncles and aunts: Alexia Graham, Dale Reynolds, Ava-Ky Reynolds, Dyane Reynolds and TJ Reynolds; maternal uncles and aunts: Travis Johnson, Tasha Pierce, and Renee Cooke as well as other relatives and friends. Saunti was predeceased by one maternal aunt, Sharon Cooke. So let's remember Bubba, our little star, though he's departed, he's not far. In every ripple, every wave, in the music and the joy he gave. A chill kid, curious of all he found, in our memories, he'll still be around. A short life, yes, but one so bright, Saunti "Bubba" Reynolds, our light. He danced through life with a loving heart, and in our tales, he'll have a part. For in each verse and every rhyme, we'll remember him, time after time. Farewell, dear Bubba, your journey's done, your time with us was full of fun. You've left your mark, you've run your race, within our hearts, you've got your place. So here's to Saunti, a boy so dear, his story's end, we'll not fear. For in our love, he'll always stay, a cherished soul, in every way.
