Deeply saddened over the loss of Scott. I cherish the fond memories of our conversations about music during the 1970s. He was always upbeat and a joy to be around.

Scott was a cherished friend from the time we met at Platt until his passing last week. While life took us in different directions, we still maintained a connection that lasted a lifetime.

He faced significant challenges during his life and just kept going, never letting those challenges take away his love of life or his dignity. As his health challenges in later life gradually limited his abilities, he kept on "keepin' on" insisting on his independence as long as he could hold on to it.

I'll miss him greatly.
