Tom was born on November 15, 1957 in New Britain, CT son to the late Theodore Frederick Davis, Sr. and Norma Elizabeth (Roach) Davis. Growing up in the community of Plainville, he was a proud graduate of Plainville High School, class of 1975. Following his graduation, Tom felt a strong calling to serve his country and enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1976, where he exemplified courage and commitment that defined his character throughout his life. A long-time member of Hawk's Landing Country Club, Tom was a fixture on the golf course, where he spent countless hours enjoying the fresh air and camaraderie of friends and fellow golfers. He was a lover of the outdoors and found great joy in not only his rounds of golf, but the thrill of fishing. Whether on the fairway or by the shore, he embraced every moment, creating lasting friendships along the way. Many of his friends through the years turned into family. His infectious sense of humor and warm heart touched everyone he encountered.
