Jonathan Todd Parrish

Jonathan "Todd" Parrish, 57, of Gravois Mills, MO, formerly of Palmyra, MO passed away at 1:25 am Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, MO. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Greenwood Cemetery Columbarium in Palmyra, MO. Rev. Steve Barker will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel in Palmyra, MO. Todd was born on February 13, 1968, in Kirksville, MO to John M. Parrish and Debby Kay Vice Parrish. Survivors include his parents, sister, Tracy Schutte and the late Todd Schutte of Quincy, IL, brother, Jason (Jamie) Parrish of Palmyra, MO, lifetime partner, Tami Bemis, niece, Bailey (Wesley) Selsor, nephew, Blake Lewis, and niece, Brynlee Parrish. Todd was preceded in death by his son, Tyler Parrish, grandparents, Claude and Ruby Parrish, Basil and Dema Vice, and brother-in-law, Todd Schutte. Jonathan was a sports fanatic. He favored the Kansas City Chiefs and the St. Louis Cardinals and found joy in the roar of the crowd and the thrill of the game. The Lake of the Ozarks was a special place to him, where he would spend countless hours being out on the water. He embraced his passion for hunting and fishing by basking in the glory of the outdoors. Jonathan loved his family and enjoyed the moments spent in their company. He was the entertainer and always the life of the party. He loved listening to music and dancing. He was a skilled pool player. A hard worker throughout his life, Jonathan's legacy is one of fun, laughter, and his dedication to living life to the fullest. Todd also held a special place in his heart for his animals. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Parrish, Blake Lewis, Wesley Selsor, Tyler Parrish, Craig Vice, Dave Pepin, Richard Linder, Craig Lepper, Avery Lepper, John Nunamaker, Dr. Kevin Byrne, Michael Maas, Jami Wood and Jeanne Parrish.
