Michele Cady Obituary

Michele Lee Cady, 56 of Summerville, SC, formerly of Keokuk, passed away April 13, 2025 at her home. She was born May 11, 1968 in Keokuk, IA the daughter of Frank and Nancy Kayser Cady. She graduated from Seaford Delaware High School with the class of 1986. Michele was employed at Shell Convenience Store in Summerville, SC. Michele loved to dance and fishing off the piers. She also enjoyed finding treasures at local flea markets. Michele is survived by one daughter, Ericka Johnson of Summerville, SC and three sons, JD (Melissa) Johnson of Lancaster, PA, Chad Cady of Myrtle Beach, SC and Antonio "Sean" Bob of Summerville, SC. Also surviving are four beloved granddaughters, Nyla, Trinity, Ta'Neya, Samiyah and three grandsons, Jayden, Ryhlee, Kamden, her mother, Nancy Northup of Hamilton, IL two sisters, Leanna Gluyas of Covington, GA, Christina Money of Carthage, IL and one brother, Frank Cady Jr.(Simone) of Burnside, IL along an aunt and uncle and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, stepfather, grandparents and great aunts and uncles. Private services were held in Summerville, SC.
