Peggy Thompson Obituary
Peggy was born on July 10, 1950 to Ernest & Melba Yocum. She married George Thompson on June 7, 1975.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one daughter in infancy.
She is survived by her daughter, Katena (Chuck) Eddington of Prairie City IL, 1 grandson, Tyler (Jeannette) Eddington of Glenview IL, 1 granddaughter, Brittnee Eddington of Daphne AL, 1 sister, Marcia Buley, 1 nephew, Kerry (Shawna) Yocum of Bushnell IL, 1 niece, Karla Norris of Pennsylvania and 3 great nephews: Trey Yocum, Devin Yocum and Dalton Yocum and 2 great nieces: Hilari Kilheeney & Hope Bruzas. She had many others that she "adopted" as her grandchildren, especially Layton, Braelynn, Kalen, Reese, Emily, Preston & Ryker.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 am on Monday August 5, 2024 at the Prairie City Cemetery with Rev. Bob Miller officiating. Memorial contributions are suggested to the MDH Hospice program or to the Elms Nursing Home. Please sign the guestbook and leave condolences at www.martinhollisfh.com
