Robin Lynn Carson

Robin Lynn Carson, age 66, of West Point, IL, died on Monday, September 22, 2025 at 6:05 a.m. in Mt. Sterling Health and Rehab Center. Robin was born on August 13, 1959 in Hannibal, MO, a daughter of Robert R. and Sharon S. Edgar Carson. Robin was a 1977 graduate of Payson Seymour High School, and she attended Hannibal, LaGrange College. Robin was a devout Christian whose faith was the cornerstone of her life. She was a devoted member of Faith Assembly of God Church, where she found joy in worship and fellowship. In later years, she continued her spiritual journey at Riverside Community Church, embracing her faith with the same heartfelt devotion. One of her greatest loves was singing hymns, with her voice being a reflection of the deep love she held for her Savior. Robin's family would like to thank the staff of Mt. Sterling Health and Rehab for the kind and compassionate care that they provided to her over the last four and a half years. Survivors include six siblings: Jeffrey (Teresa) Carson of West Point, IL; Christopher (Coby) Carson of Shelbyville, TN; Lisa Carson of Quincy; Matthew (Sandra) Carson of Rockvale, TN; Amanda Carson of Murfreesboro, TN; and Lacey Carson of Quincy; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Robin was preceded in death by her father; a sister, Erin Elizabeth Carson, and a nephew, Dillon Alexander Williamson. Visitation: 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025 at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home.
