Ronald David Leake

Graveside services for Ronald David Leake, 76, of Perry, will be at 11:00AM Wednesday August 27, 2025 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in rural Center with pastor Bruce Bouman officiating. Mr. Leake passed away at 5:12 PM on August 22, 2025 at his home. He was born February 8, 1949, in Hannibal the son of Haskell Leake and Mary Louise Risinger Leake. Ronald married Wilma Mefford on April 10, 1971 in Vandalia and she survives. Other survivors include one daughter; Michelle Leake of Monroe City, and one sister Joann (Jerry) Heuer of Hallsville. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Leake was a lifetime area resident and served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, arrowhead hunting, shooting pool and gardening, growing watermelons, and mushroom hunting.
