Frank W. Atwood Jr.

Frank W. Atwood, Jr., 74, of Haverhill, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen. He was born in Lawrence, on November 30, 1949, son of the late Frank W. and Alberta (Trussell) Atwood, Sr. Frank was educated in the Lawrence School System. He went on to work for 37 years as a Manager at Gillette in Andover. He enjoyed spending time deep sea fishing, cooking, and loved traveling with his wife Diane. He was an avid sports fan, mainly of the Bruins and Patriots and was a member of Crescent Yacht Club. He is predeceased by his sister Linda Reardon and brother Mark Atwood. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Diane Atwood, his children Tammy Mayo and her husband Dan of Haverhill, Lance Atwood and his partner Sean Maiers of Minnesota, Jason Atwood and his wife Stephanie of Taunton; his siblings Sandra Bowden (David) of FL, Susan Robichaud of Andover, Gary Atwood of FL, Barbara Lumb (Fred) of FL, Christine Atwood of Newburyport, Brenda Atwood of North Andover, Vincent Atwood of FL, Bruce Atwood (Ann) of NH, and James Atwood (Lisa) of NH. He was the loving grandfather to Alec Atwood and his fiancé Gabbi of NH. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his calling hours on Thursday, September 19 from 3-5 PM at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 South Main St., Bradford.
