EAST HAMPSTEAD, NH – William L. Grady, 75, loving husband of Elaine (Beaudoin) Grady of East Hampstead, NH passed away on Tuesday, September 3 at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen after a two year battle with cancer.
William was born in Lowell on November 29, 1948, the son of Arthur and Rita (Therrian) Grady. He was a graduate of Lowell High School, Class of 1966, after which he joined the United States Air Force and served in Vietnam. He was awarded the distinguished Flying Cross and was honorably discharged in 1970. Bill had a great love for music and played in a couple of local bands in the Lowell area. He was a member of the Hampstead, NH VFW and the American Legion in Haverhill. He was a proud veteran. Bill loved to gather with family and friends for celebrations of every kind.

My deepest condolences to Elaine and the entire Grady family. I have known Bill since I was 9 years old when my brother, Paul married Bill's sister, Linda. Bill was a nice guy who served his country proudly and was a good brother to his sisters. Always enjoyed seeing him at family gatherings back in the day. RIP Bill...
