Bobby was born October 31, 1947, in Quincy, IL to Wiley and Shirley (Threw) Allen. He grew up in Mendon, IL and graduated from Unity High School in Mendon in 1965.
Bobby is survived by two brothers, Billy Joe Florea (Jeannie) of Quincy, IL and Floyd Allen (Susan) of Las Vegas, NV; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and lots of loving friends as well as his beloved dog, Baily.

Our families grew up across the street from each other in Mendon. Larry & Bobby were friends through the years and would visit when Larry could get back this way from the east coast.
