My sympathy to your family. I came across this while searching my husband's family name. Is this family related to William Augustus? This would be my father-in-law's father, who migrated from Germany and landed in Quincy.

To the family of Elva Abbath,
I knew Elva through the Stamp Club. She had a special stamp collection!
She had ask me last fall to take some magazines to the stamp club for her. They were well received and all were taken. Of course, I also know Shirley and Jack Simon and their children.
My sympathy to the family in her passing.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I had know her for many years and also visited her in the hospital this fall on behalf of Salem. Her cheerfull smile and friendliness will be missed. I admired her strong faith.
